Will I Receive a Tax Invoice?
Yes.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped we will email you a tax invoice. If you require a paper copy with your shipment you must request it when you are purchasing the item or contact us for one to be mailed to you.
Can I Place a Bulk/ Wholesale Order?
Yes.

Do You Offer Customized Products?
No.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer this service. Our products are as advertised on our website.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. The tracking information will be included with your shipping confirmation email once the order has been posted.
Do You Ship Outside of Australia?
We currently offer shipping to Australia & New Zealand. For orders outside of Australia/New Zealand please contact us through our website or at sales@topdogtoolbags.com.au
